Businesses of all sizes are increasingly dependent on their internet connections. Ethernet services offer the perfect combination of reliability, performance and security, whilst becoming much more affordable in recent years. As a result, more and more businesses are choosing to move away from line-based ADSL and FTTC services and towards Ethernet services.
One of the main advantages of Ethernet services is that they offer guaranteed upload and download bandwidth, so you can depend on them being ready when needed. For increased resiliency you can choose to add a backup Ethernet, ADSL or FTTC service, so you can be even more confident that your connection will be available when it is needed.
iCS Communications offer full-fibre Ethernet services, providing as little as 3Mbps of dedicated and uncontended bandwidth, all the way up to 1Gbps and beyond, across several carriers.
There are several small steps needed to install Ethernet services, and a few factors that can impact the process. Here at iCS Communications we have created an Ethernet Provisioning Timeline to show the installation process and to give our customers an idea of what to expect during the installation, with an estimated timeline.
Your Ethernet order will be assigned to our Network Services team, and you will be assigned a single point of contact throughout the order who will provide you with regular updates, to get you up and running with your new Ethernet service as soon as possible. Once installed you can depend on our Support team for advice and help, should you encounter any issues.
