At iCS we have been following the development of IP based services with great interest. Unlike very early adopters, before we offer any products to our customers we have to test them to destruction. After all its their business that depend on them.

Over the last few years we have been seeing a steady increase in both the demand for new services and the overall stability of the products.

In a recent report from Illume Consulting, the number of ‘hosted seats’ in UK businesses using Centrex services will jump from a 2009 base of 0.42 million to 2.16 million by 2013.

In parallel, demand for ISDN replacement services like SIP trunking are expected to increase 9-fold: from 98,000 channels to nearly 815,000 channels in just two years.

We see this as a great opportunity for our customers to move to location independent services.
